If you've visited one of our major retailers, please contact them directly, as they manage their own lost property at their service desk.
We have two Kids Zones at Cairns Central, one located opposite The Reject Shop
and the other opposite Priceline, perfect for little ones to enjoy some fun during your
visit.
There is also a play area in the food court, great for a quick break while you shop
and grab a bite to eat. All areas are conveniently positioned near amenities including parents’ room and features a single entry/exit point to support easy supervision.
Parental supervision is required at all times.
Cairns Central offers accessible bathroom facilities and parent's rooms located throughout the Centre (in Market Central, near The Coffee Club, Customer Service Desk and Food Court). We also provide accessible parking bays that are wider than standard and positioned close to each centre entry for your convenience.
To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Cairns Central offers customers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire. Contact us on 08 6182 4001, or visit our Customer Service Desk for assistance with reserving equipment.
