The centre is open 7 days and offers an impressive selection of stores including Myer, Target, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, and Event Cinemas, plus all your essential services. Visitors are also spoilt for choice with the extensive range of dining options in the newly refurbished Food Hall.

With easy on-site parking and public transport options available, Cairns Central is the perfect place to relax and take care of your everyday shopping needs.

Cairns Central is proud to offer a FREE JP service to the community. Our JP Service Centre is open 10am - 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. You’ll find them on the Ground Floor opposite Myer.

To ensure your utmost comfort while shopping at Cairns Central, we offer customers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire. Bookings can be made by contacting the customer service desk on 0448 095 425
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of our Parents Rooms, designed to assist families with taking care of their children while in-centre. Our two Parents Rooms contain comfortable seating, toilet facilities, and microwaves for warming bottles. They are located on Level 1, near the food court, and on the Ground Floor towards Myer.
To ensure ease of access for all our customers getting to and from the centre, we provide accessible parking spots close to entrances on every level of the car park. These wider spaces are designed to make getting in and out of the car easier.

From 1 August 2026, car park rates have changed to the following:

Staff - $3.50
Contractors - $6.50
City Parkers - $6.00

3-3.5 hrs - $4.50
3.5 – 4.5 hrs - $6.50
4.5-5hrs - $8.50
5-6 hrs - $15 no change
6-7 hrs - $20 no change
All Day - $30 no change
